Please note that this report was published in 2009, prior to the simplification of the survey title to National Survey of Charities and Social Enterprises. This document therefore refers to the previous survey title of National Survey of Third Sector Organisations, in addition to Office for the Third Sector (now Office for Civil Society) and third sector organisations (which includes charities, social enterprises and voluntary and community groups).
